Absolutely love hosting my yoga retreats at the Cotswold Park Barns - my team and myself feel like we’re on holiday when we’re here, even though we’re working our socks off! The venue is warm, welcoming, clean and calm - it’s just the perfect place to switch off from the busy-ness of the world, and ease into some peace and tranquility, surrounded by nature. Oh, and the hosts are fabulous too ! ;)

As hosts we loved the fact that every detail has been thought through.
We had bountiful mugs, glasses, plates etc.

Every guest walked in and couldn’t believe how beautiful the space was.

For Aimee and I it was having access to the therapy space so we could hide our instruments etc out of sight. And always being able to set the yoga studio up in advance of our guests arriving for each class or invitation, because even though it was connected it felt separate.

There was plenty of space for guests to relax together or have some time apart.

Truly blessed to have found your venue and hope to return time and time again.

The property was really well maintained and really clean. We stayed as a group of 15 with a few children and everything was really easy to use. Simon was also really friendly and if we had any issues he was more than happy to assist us. We were also able to bring in some private catering, which meant we could relax and enjoy even more.

The only small comment I would make is that the hot tub could be bigger ( though we did not use it ). May need to consider some sort of cover so that it can be used all year round . I would definitely book again .

It is an amazing venue for a retreat. The accommodation is outstanding, all my clients loved their rooms.

The lounge is large enough to fit 18 people in for a pilates/yoga session and we found ourselves staying in the dinning area after dinner chatting so didn't really use the lounge for sitting in.

The opportunity to use the lawn for Tai Chi was a real hit, amazing views and a feeling of being away from it all was enjoyed by everyone. The service from yourselves was great easy to liaise with and hassle free. Thank you so much

Our stay was a get together of ten couples to celebrate my 50th birthday. We loved everything about the house... the living spaces were warm, relaxing and cosy - the main room with the high beamed ceilings, considered lighting and built-in sound system was a great place to party with a table that sat us all. Normally in a house of this size when it is at full occupancy, the unfortunate late arrivers end up with inferior rooms - not here. All the rooms were ensuite, sound-proofed and with blackout blinds, all finished to a high standard.

Simon's approach helped us enjoy the property - it is a great place for a celebration and, although some people can find relaxing outside of their normal environment intimidating, he encouraged us to 'enjoy the house'. We definitely did.

The weekend was to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday combined with our annual family gathering.  It could not have gone better, aided by the amazing accommodation and Simon's helpful and attentive style.

The bedrooms are all en suite and very comfortable.  The living area is huge and enables people to do their own thing as well as be together.  The dining area is spectacular with high celings and opening doors onto the the wonderful outside area.

The kitchen is one of the biggest i have seen and very well stocked.  Overall nothing could be improved - I would recommend this to anyone for a family / friends weekend or a corporate event - thank you Simon - we will be back!

You have done an incredible job.  Your communication before, during and after the event has been second to none.  You met me on the first day and helped me set the room up so it was just right for my team. You took time to understand my needs and desired out come and gave valuable inputs into this.

You were attentive without being intrusive and nothing was ever to much trouble.
The catering you put on was superb. Unfortunately this added some pressure to myself (as I was cooking in the evening) as the bar was set so high.

Funding Circle selected the Cotswold Park Barns due to its perfect combination of work, play and comfortable living space.  It is hard to find a location that has been as well thought through when it comes to creating the right environment for team building and working, but they have clearly used their experience to focus on the details that matter.  It also really helped that they were on hand to welcome the group and support us through the days we spent there.  I am looking forward to a return trip.

We had a family New Year reunion for 16 people this year (2017) at Cotswold Park Barns.  People came from Calgary, Dubai, the Isle of Man...Preston!  So the place needed to impress - and it didn't disappoint.  The property looked amazing in its Christmas finery and was superbly equipped for such a large group - double ovens, work areas and sinks in the kitchen, a huge dining room table that we didn't even fill in front of the open fire in the high ceilinged dining room, copious sumptuous sofas around a burning log fire in the lounge and plenty of large and very comfortable en suite bedrooms with very comfortable beds for some well deserved rest.  We even had caterers in on New Year's Eve so we could all relax and they cooked a meal that would've graced the tables of any fine restaurant.  The owner, Simon and his team were friendly and helpful and our only reservation is about letting anyone else know about it!  But that would be churlish.

We are a large family group of 3 generations with ages ranging from 2 to 68 years of age.  We are spread over the Country with some now even living overseas in New York. So we like to try and get together at the end of November to celebrate an early Christmas get together.

We have rented different houses for the last 8 years and have had some wonderful times.  But last year we came across Cotswold Park Barns.  What a find!!

A large stunning, very high quality accommodation with everything you could possibly want. In fact the photos do not do it justice.  When contacting Simon to book it, he could not have been more helpful. Any requests from us was met with "no problem" and always sorted.  Simon greeted us on our arrival to show us around and answer any questions we had and then left us to enjoy our weekend.  And what a weekend!!

The home was so luxurious and spacious in a beautiful area with walks from the door and many lovely places to visit close by. It was perfect for all the generations in our party.  We never felt 'on top' of each other and could always find a quiet area to sit and relax.  By the end of the weekend, when Simon came to say goodbye, we realised that we had found the place we all want to go back to for our family Christmas get together, so have booked it for 2017!!!

We can't wait to stay at the Cotswold Park Barns again.

We were a large party aged from 6 weeks to 70 years old and we all had a marvellous weekend.  A beautiful, extremely well equipped barn with loads of space for a large group, with very relaxed and non intrusive owners.  Our bedrooms were all extremely clean and very comfortable, although we did not spend much time in them as there was the spacious sitting room and a lovely dining room to spend time in together, and of course the beautiful kitchen where we all seemed to gather (as you do) to chat and cook.  We had walkers who enjoyed exploring the countryside and others who just enjoyed being in the barn. A really lovely catered meal was provided by the owners recommended caterer and every guest loved it.   We all had an extremely relaxing but joyous weekend and look forward to returning one day.

I can't recommend Cotswold park barn enough, a luxury barn in a lovely location with everything you could want and more.  The owners are very helpful, friendly and their attention to detail was faultless. The barn was beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend The green dragon inn and the Bathurst arms for food and Ella and Fleur for yoga. An instructor can come out to the barn to teach a yoga class to big groups! We loved every minute and can't wait to stay again.

We needed a large property for a family celebration.  We found the perfect place.  The barns could accommodate us all, young and old.  Everything we could have wished for was there.  Every room was perfect.  The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and had the most luxurious bedding. The fully equipped disabled facilities in a downstairs bedroom were excellent for an elderly member of the party.

Our May visit meant we were able to take advantage of the wonderful outside areas and made good use of the barbecue and hot tub.  We were 'far from the Madding Crowd ' for 4 wonderful days with just the sheep for company!

Every member of our party had such a wonderful time we couldn't wait to do it all over again!!  We returned to the barns for the most magical, memorable family Christmas.   The log fires were lit and the whole place looked festive with decorated trees and lights.  What a wonderful chimney for Santa to come down!!!!

Cotswold Park Barns is an AMAZING venue and accommodated our 20 guests perfectly. We celebrated a birthday here in luxury and style and made lots of special memories which will last forever. We stayed at Cotswold Park Barns as part of a Team Building event. A group of 14, and every single person was over whelmed at how stunning and spacious the Barn was.  Ideal for large groups. Beautiful, clean and Simon was very helpful. We would all defiantly recommend and will hopefully use again in the future.

110% recommend booking Cotswold Park Barns!!!!  

I booked the barn as a surprise weekend away for my dad. It was his 60th birthday and I arranged for all the family and close friends to come and join us for the weekend. He was over the moon as was everyone else as the barn is absolutely stunning throughout. Such a treat to stay here, we were all smiling from start to finish and super sad to leave. 
Working with Simon was a complete joy and ever so helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay.
